Here goes the Westerfied is innocent people. I live in San Diego, believe me, I know this case inside and out. Westerfield is guilty as all get out and for those of you who believe the Van Dam family had a hand in this tragedy I say, SHAME ON YOU.

Your living in San Diego has nothing to do with it. There's at least one other poster who also lives in San Diego and has arrived at the opposite conclusion you have. But then, of course, that poster has read the transcripts and listened to the testimony and followed the threads that have taken all of that apart bit by bit.
Until you have researched it out and studied it for yourself, I do understand why you think Westerfield is guilty and the Van Damns are pure as the driven snow. After all Nancy (who defended clintoon's sex life) said so! And so did John Walsh (who has just been outed as another doper pervert!).

You know Hildy, I conversate REGULARLY with SEVERAL people who live in San Diego and very near Sabre Swings. Most of them have HUGE problems with Dusek's case. They think David Westerfield is innocent.
Surely you are not implying that you speak for the whole of San Diego. Please let me know so that I may inform these other people that they need to change their opinions. Nice sheeple, get back in line.
BTW, we much prefer being called Stealth Ninja Freedom Fighters. How often must this be repeated?

I happen to live in San Diego County and have immediate family in law enforcement. In fact, I knew about the swinging before it ever became public, but guess what..........I don't know any more about this case than everyone else who has followed the trial.
You're no one special and you know nothing more than the next guy. Disagree if you want, but get off the superior knwoledge bit. We all know better, Brunhilda.

I do not live in the area as you do, so you may have more info than I have. But, if we were on the jury together, can you give me some evidence that DW did this? If you want to see DW convicted, how would you convince me? There is not one solid piece of evidence that ties DW to this crime IMO and I wouldn't be able to convict on what the prosecution has presented.

How do you explain the multi colored fibers all over her body but not found anywhere in DW's environment?
How do you explain the unindentified prints in the VD home?..especially the one on the desk next to her bed?
How do you explain the unidentified DNA on her multi colored blanket?
How do you explain the human blood on the garage floor that was came back w/non reportable results?
How do you explain the mattress pad and fabric headboard had none of her trace?
How do you explain that the dogs did not hit on the MH?
I have asked just a few questions that are part of my reasonable doubt..if you need to wait for Nancy Grace to call you back with answers, just ping me.

How in God's name do you know!??! Were you there that night...did you stumble upon the scene...or (gasp) did you have a hand in it? I USED to live in San Diego, but I would never dare presume someone's guilt or innocence based on my locale. Just because you live in the area doesn't make you privy to a different set of facts than the rest of us.
But since you obviously know the entire story here, please enlighten the rest of us as to some gigantic holes in the prosecution's story. How did Westerfield get the body from his house to the motor home, in broad daylight mind you, with no one noticing? How did he get into the VD home and leave no trace of himself? How did he dispose of the body while he was under 24/7 surveillance?
I'm on pins and needles awaiting your "answers."

#498...Just because you live there, Hildy, doesn't make him guilty.
That's a bit of a reach, don't you think :^
