Horseradish? Correct me if I'm wrong,but isn't Westerfield originally from South Dakota? I believe that horseradish is a pretty popular condiment in that part of the world.

Is it possible that Westerfeild was eating a steak with horseradish,and the fork got away from him,resulting in a stain on that jacket?

You know what? I'm beginning to wonder if we're nitpicking that "blood" to death. Does it make a difference whether it was actual blood or if it was slobbers? Except to sensationalize the case in the minds of CourtTV Uglies!! Whatever it was, her DNA was in it. And I want to know how it got there, because I really tend to believe it was planted! Nope, never lived there that we know of. Born National City, LC (CA). Lived in Maine for 11 yrs. Returned to CA around the age of 14 or 15. Live in San Diego since.

No he's from the San Diego area, lived in Maine a bit, then moved back.
