I am way behind so you probably have your answer but if not.....they used a shoe of DW's to scent the dogs thru the VD home....no hit!

I wish someone would have shouted that off a rooftop, like the media was touting supposed evidence against DW.

Do you know offhand if Dusek specifically brought this up to the jury, (the dogs found no scent of DW at VD residence) or just left it? He probably did bring this up, I just did not see/hear the testimony. thanks

If you can't get a smell from a shoe, you can't get a smell from anything! And the sniffer dogs didn't find a scent = DW wasn't there, period!
That was the time to start looking at another suspect. Did they?? Hell no.....they had there man and by God they were going to try to build a case anyway they can. Sorry if anger is showing thru these comments.
