I remember your comments at refugee! They hit me like a ton of bricks..I was like "whoooahh" You are poodle at refugee, right?
If so, what you had said how after the trial DW "kills himself" (wink..wink)... I just thought that maybe that was also the reason he wanted the speedy trial....he fears for his life.

I wonder how long he would have sat until this went to trial, if he wouldn't have chosen the speedy trial???
