I don't buy it. But it could happen. I just went back and looked at it again. It has the cleaner's name, address, phone number, date, time, customer name, description of items, pick up day (TUE), the number at the top that the drycleaning clerks said didn't mean anything, prices, and a total. But Torgerson testified that the receipt he (Torgersen) had to work with didn't have any identifiers on it at all and ... BINGO!!!!
Oh, my goodness, you guys just witnessed an epiphany (see definition earlier).
HIS RECEIPT DIDN'T HAVE ANY IDENTIFYING INFO ON IT, BUT OTT TOLD HIM WHERE TO GO!!!!!!!!!! OTT, OTT, OTT!!!!

Gotcha. So, if there's ever a retrial, that gives Feldman plenty of time for independant testing. That would be true.
To: UCANSEE2
Do you think computer experts could figure out what was left at the dry cleaners and when?

You're probably right about the shortness of the time to have the testing done on the defense's side; however, in this case the defendant can't blame anyone else for that because he was the one that insisted on a speedy trial. That would also be true.

Am I the only one who thinks some apparent sloppiness and failure to really say what needed to be said in summation-- ie. that his client was framed-- Makes it look like to me that Feldman may have more evidence, may have more up his sleeve as it were, and really WANTS this jury to rush to judgment and guilty verdict, "ALL THE BETTER TO SUE YOU WITH, my dear."
I think that too. A hung jury or even a not guilty verdict will not get DW his life back.
A phatt lawsuit and cops on trial for falsifying evidence all over national TV will go a long way toward letting DW slurp his rum and coke with his head held high once again. Throw in the real killer(not an oj reference) and DW will be a hero, this whole thing could turn out to be the best thing that ever happenned to him.

When I listened to that portion of the testimony--and I did take notes, it was over on the Refugee site--I wondered about that possibility. I was assured it couldn't be, but I'm still wondering.

can anyone give me a clue where the revelations begin on this thread?Uh............uh............... hmmmmmmm.................... uh........... You know,I wouldn't know where to tell you to start. Revelations everywhere. Seriously.

"Throw in the real killer(not an oj reference) and DW will be a hero, this whole thing could turn out to be the best thing that ever happenned to him."
Payback for the SDPD? The DA? The corrupt judge? The vdams for their sordid lifestyle & pointing the finger
at DW?
Sounds right & good to me.

Is Ott one of the detectives that was mentioned earlier as being implicated in falsifying evidence in other cases?

how much sense does it make for a business (any business) to issue a receipt to their customer that has no identification on it whatsoever, yet their in-store copy is covered with their name, the items, prices, etc. That's what I've been thinking about all day. The drycleaners only needed a tag to match the item, the customer needed the receipt with the store info for indentification.
This also hits hard on the testimony of the clerk who had worked there for 12 yrs and didn't know the address. If it was store policy to have their name on all internal items, she would have seen that address too many times to calculate (well, maybe minion can).

You said "this nutcase is DANGEROUS". I simply want you to know this KnutCase is not dangerous. Don't get us confused. Thanx.

This is speculation, but lets say that DW had some knowlege as to the 'goings on' & some of the people the VD's 'associated' with. Perhaps someone w/ connections.
Maybe he was fearing for his life, that if it was not a speedy trial, he would be dead in a jailhouse somewhere.
By his own hand..of course..(wink wink)

and people that abuse kids try to work in positions of trust with kids LIKE counselors and LITTLE LEAGUE COACHES People that work as CHILD and FAMILY COUNSELORS
Paul Whitmore of San Diego pleaded innocent Wednesday to 23 counts of child molestation and child pornography charges involving two girls ages 10 and 13. He is being held on $2 million bail.
Brooke Rowland, 40, of Poway is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday on similar charges involving five children. He is being held on $1 million
San Diego District Attorney Paul Pfingst said Whitmore, a child and family counselor, allowed Rowland to abuse one of the girls he allegedly molested.
``They're exchanging kids,'' Pfingst said.

And a sidebar of a rant-Calvin Coolidge and those of his generation were wiser than just about everyone today acknowleges. Allowing public employees to unionize, and allowing those unions to participate in political campaigns,is one of the banes of modern life. We've wound up with a bunch of incompetent, and often corrupt tax lice that are beyond any notion of accountability, unfirable, and usually incestuously involved with each other in a constant, and mostly successful effort to loot the public of tax money, pad their retirement funds, and avoid anything that you or I would think of as work.

Start back around 340-350..that's where I did and seems I caught up on most.

While you're asking yourself some questions about the timeline with Watkins et al, ask this one: is it possible they were the ones at the house surfing the porn sites, and not Neal at all? Sort of padding their case, perhaps? NOthing better than an EXPERT at CHILD PORN and COMPUTERS to be able to PLANT an incriminating file on your computer and make it look like it was there, protected by YOUR PASSWORD, and DATED properly.

Speaking of the pizza partiers, did you notice that not one of them came close to shedding a tear over Danielle when they testified? (Parents excluded.)
