We may never know how the DNA got on the jacket and MH carpet. Or how Danielle's one blonde hair got in the MH drain. Or how she got out of her home. What we DO know is the dogs could not detect a trace of Danielle dead or alive in DW house, suv, or MH. Expert's testimony (bug guys) show DW could not be the person that placed her body where it was found as he was under constant surveillance. This is overpowering evidence of DW's innocence.

Here is the story on the picture. LE and Prosecutor tried to make the case that this picture showed DW was a child molestor. They had found this image on his computer. It was a picture of his girlfriends daughter. It was taken out by the pool. She is lying in a chair, in a bathing suit, suntanning, and her legs are spread over the sides of the chair. LOOKS BAD, right?

Well, if you only list to the LE and Prosecutor.

Here is the "REST OF THE STORY".

Turns out the picture was taken by her mother. Her mother sent the DIGITAL IMAGE via EMAIL to DW to see if he could use some software to CROP the image and get a better print, because she had shot the image off center. I.E. The girl's head was at the top and the 'lap' area was at the center of the image.

DW didn't even take the picture. NOTICE that PROSECUTION didn't mention that part.

Maybe maybe not, I have read more FR threads then I care to admit..LOL...I agree this thread in particular is going to get issues due to a child being murdered...I still haven't see worse then on these threads to freepers I have loved and respected over the years. Frankly...I think many good freepers did not even bother here for this reason....why I cam along I do not know. I had a conviction that DW was innocent..thought I would share that...sorry I cant provide trial testimony to back myself up, sorry its in my gut....

Was the ground blood-soaked under the body? There would have been lots of blodd there if that is where animals feasted on her initially.

But there would be something under the body had she indeed been dumped at the site after death. During Putrification, the body fluids mass in the lowest portions of the body, as this state progresses - these same body fluids eat their way through the tissues onto the ground beneath the body, leaving alomst a brown/black oil subtance beneath the body. It would have been detected by the forensics specialists.

The girls are of questionable age. There were experts who could not determine the age. There is NO kiddie porn. That is in the transcripts. BTW, the rape anime was a recovered deleted file.

Neal originally said in front of his mother he never looked at or downloaded porn. He did and Lawson and Watkins proved it. Westerfield and Feldman NEVER accused Neal of killing Danielle, despite what Dusek was spewing.

If this case is any indication of what the "justice" system in this country has become, we are, all of us, in serious trouble.

Sounds like SDPD has a very small bag of tricks that they just use over and over. I think if DW had handled them the way you did, no one on this forum would ever have heard of him.

Oh, I am VERY aware that Doosuck was "making it up." (this applies to almost his whole case) I had heard though when he gave his re-enactment of the alleged assault, BVD ran sobbing out of the court room AGAIN. Staged, the whole dramatic sick scene was STAGED.

Where are the fingerprints on the flat surface of the nightstand next to the bed as she was struggling to get off the bed and get away?

Where are the other bodily fluids that would be produced out of fear, and from screaming and crying?

Where is all the blood and semen?
