I have posed this question before....

If the van dams are such hideous parents how is it they maintain custody of their other 2 children?

And while I am at it, while you all spend this time trying to vindicate Westerfeld how do you all sleep at night knowing those 2 boys are in that home?

I believe Westerfeld to be innocent...so I guess I just wonder...

JMHO but if the children were taken from the home it would damage the D.A.'s case...not likely to happen...I suspect they were out of the home for a short period of time, whether by their choice or not I have no idea, but Brenda was asked about the kids once and her answer made me think they might be with relatives at that time..

Westerfeld how do you all sleep at night knowing those 2 boys are in that home?

Many posters have discussed this issue and wondered if CPS had investigated, what they found, whether they were going to take the boys out of the home, and ESPECIALLY the IDEA WAS THAT CPS SHOULD TAKE THE BOYS AWAY FROM THE VD's.

But, we are not the SD CPS and can't take the boys from them even if we know it should be done.

And how do you sleep at night if you feel the same way? Many posters probably have lost and still lose sleep over this.

Because John Walsh says it doesn't matter if Brenda is a crack wh*re, she is a good mother and doesn't deserve this. They are victims and nothing else. Those two boys are safe in that home!!! If you ignore that little episode in June when Dylan was out in the street by himself and the neighbor had to escort him back across the street
