What if Damon did leave the house that night and Andy knew it...he walks in...takes Danielle.
The VD's still have to cover the fact that Damon left those 3 kids home alone at night.
The unusual twist is that it might have been Denise that went out of the garage to talk on her cell phone that night and left the side garage door unlocked? Unfortunately, that does not fit with my Andy "revenge" idea.
In this case, all I know is that it looks like DW had NOTHING to do with Danielle's disappearance.
SO, I try to find alternative explanations for it.
We explore those and see where they lead. (Which, by the way, is apparently something the SDPD doesn't do.)
Many times we eliminate a theory after finding or being given info that shows that person couldn't have done it. And that is the idea. Propose theories, possible leads, and work on eliminating them until you get down to the one that fits the whole scenario.
(For those of you that don't get it, DW doesn't fit, for many reasons already gone over hundreds of times.)
Your rebuttal that if Andy did it, why would Damon/Brenda/Denise seem to be helping is a good reason to say that ANDY could be eliminated. NOW, if ANDY took Danielle in such a way that Brenda/Damon thought they were responsible, then ANDY could still be the culprit.
Because the VD's would lie to cover up for leaving Danielle home alone. (I have discussed the fact that Danielle and her brothers were Left HOME ALONE that FRIDAY, and many people keep missing it.) Even Brenda admitted she left the kids home alone, while Damon said he was there.
Who is lying? Brenda said she went to buy drugs (I mean pizza) and left the kids home alone.
