Woman brought Jessica into clinic, about 9 miles away from Echo Park where she was abducted. Personnel recognized her, asked her name. Jessica said, "Jessica." They asked if the woman was her mother, Jessica said no. Clinic personnel then called 911.

With the rash of child abductions, especially this summer, why would a parent/guardian/whomever, not pay close attention to a child at the park?
