You could be right. Doesn't it seem like they were a little desparate to insinuate that it was neals. Does that offer us a clue as to how worried they are about it? I didn't get the impression they were denying it, just downplaying it and trying to confuse the jury with computer talk. What the jury actually saw is what drived the issue...the defense can't argue through what they saw and felt, and through the jurors tears. I suppose if none of that had happened, the child porn wouldn't have been a factor..

IF the jurors convict on emotion, they are breaking the law.

It doesn't seem desperate at all, if it WAS Neal's. Lawson proved that at least some of it was. How is that desperate?

IT WAS NEAL'S READ THE TRANSCRIPTS. Watkins himself the prosecution expert said that porn was surfed by Neal, downloaded by Neal and on Neal's computer. Some of what was shown to the jury was from Neal's computer. THe attack clips were on Neal's computer and they were DELETED FILES. What PART DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND? Did you see the jurors? Or was it just River Run? Even David was surprised at what was found. Sheesh. You get testimony and still spin it. Are you River, Nancy or maybe Brenda?
