All morning the Court TV people have been referring to the "penalty phase of the trial". Sounds like they all are expecting a guilty verdict. They expect the public to reserve judgment...but they want to discuss penalty phase. Huh???

Well, its kinda like a rain delay in a baseball game or NASCAR race, while they are waiting for the jury they have to fill the air with something.

We're waiting for the verdict & I'm trapped
having to have court tv on. First time since
this trial started, I've put that station on.
I only listen part of the day. (Just can't
stand those people.)
