I've followed this case on the Capitol Grilling message board thread for several weeks... My vote, for what it's worth, would be to acquit. I think they've got the wrong guy.

They should keep the books open on this case. It's not simply that I go with the "bug" theory vs the DNA; it's that there are an awful lot more unanswered questions. The so-called 'case' against Westerfield is circumstantial and shakey.

I predict a hung jury or an acquital.
