It is only my opinion, but my observations about the principles in the VanDam case lead me to believe the wrong person is on trial.

My own experience comes thru a different window. I used to back-seat drive and sometimes actively help a gal who worked with kids who were emotionally disturrbed. There was always a lot of guess work involved, and the facts were always a mess.

Same conclusion here. The wrong person is on trial.

You are in no position whatever to label the Van Dams "sociopaths". Unless you consider all people involved with a "swinging" lifestyle to be so.

The same "observations" that lead to your sociopath diagnosis?

It is only my opinion but with your penchant for making unsound, unfair and unprofessional judgments on peoples psychological states that you don't even know, it was over 150 too many.

Exactly what qualifies you to judge me and/or my abilities in helping abused children?

Damon Van Dam does exibit the textbook symptoms of a sociopath, it is public knowledge that he admitted cruelty to the dog, cruelty to the child Danielle is evident from what she wrote in her diary. His personality and emotional state or rather lack of it, has been seen repeatedly on tv.

I do not judge all people with a "swinging lifestyle" to be sociopaths; just immoral, depraved, sleezebags. Are you so defensive because you also fit into that category?

Fortunately for the children that I have helped and provided a safe home for, YOU were not the one to judge me. All the judgements I have made as a foster mother and guardian ad litem were deemed appropriate by judges, psychologists, social workers, and pediatricians, not to mention the children themselves.
