4. Address the issue: Ok, the governor of any state, Republican or Democratic, is almost powerless to control (by law in most cases) the lower levels of buracracy that control these sort of things.
I would like to see the problem solved also, however the fact that the problem exists is not evidence that the govenor is not addressing it. It would be useful in your post, if instead of making gratuitous assertions, you offered some direct evidence or argumentation that Govenor Bush is neither working to improve or is actively making the problem worse
Since I do not live in Florida and do not have news about the issue readily available to me, it would be great if someone on either side of the issue posted some actual facts regarding the govenors stand.
