I live in Hollywood and I know somenone who worked on the investigation. I can try to find out something, but it might take a while and I can't promise that I can get it. Someone here might know a faster way of getting this information before I can. Would the names of the teenagers be public information being that they were underage?

Maybe the names were shielded, but it's sure worth a look. Maybe your friend could at least find out if Damon is one of the names.

With the level of responsibility, the Guard's name might be in the records, even though she was 17 at the time.

First, I think we would need to find out if Damon's family lived in the Broward/Miami-Dade area back then. If you know his parents names you could do a search of the public records. Problem is, they probably aren't on line all the way back to the early 80s. The document # could be online, but the actual document probably hasn't been scanned. You'd have to go to the Courthouse and ask to look through the microfilm.
