Does anyone know how extensive the interview was with Derek? He's VD's 10 yo. I wonder if specialists that deal with children were used or if the cops just asked him a couple of questions. The way this case was handled it wouldn't surprise me if they even spoke to him at all. ----I'm not asking because I think he's guilty of anything, just what info he would have on many subjects.

Not a clue. You would think they might have something to offer, but apparently not.

IIRC, the judge in the ph took both of the boys into his chambers without a court reporter and no other adults.

No idea what he asked or what their answers were. That was the judge, though, who said something to the effect that Dusek presented enough evidence to show dw could have done it.

Derek looks like a strong fellow, and at 10 years of age he's a bit taller that Danielle. He probably would have no problem with the RV door.
