When you get right down to it; it's all about the bug evidence. DW should get on his knees and thank God the police started their surviellance of him sa soon as they did. If the police hadn't, the bug evidence would have worked against him instead of for him.
I would not go so far as to say DW absolutely didn't do it, but I don't think he did. What I will say is there is so much doubt and the evidence as a whole greatly favors the defense.

The fiber,hair,DNA evidence will go against DW even though it is HIGHLY LIKELY this is all trumped up and possibly planted by LE to try and guarantee things.
I know The info I got said that 12 out of 13 markers doesn't mean sh*t.
Everything else, (curtains, stuck in desert, dog hit/didn't/tt driver hearing voices) are all just MEDIA/LE hype that didn't pan out.
