I wonder..... Do pro-Westerfield folks, I mean those who pray for him at night, and those who have a gift from God to discern a man's innocence by eye shape and teddy bear appearance...do those people have any problem with Feldman intentionally misstating evidence in his closing arguments?

I don't belive I heard Feldman MISSTATE evidence one time although he did give other interpretations and inferances to "the facts" as Dusak sees them.
I DO, however have a problem with Dusak's emotional terrorisim shown by his IMAGINARY rape scene.
There were NO, not any signs that this child had been raped, on her body or at any of the scenes that we have seen. To stand up there and reenact(sp) a rape scene, complete with pounding his hand on the witness stand to emulate her head hitting the headboard no less, was contrived as was BVD running from the court room to gain sympathy from the jurors as well as to predjudice them towards DW.

I never ONCE claimed to be able to descirn anyones innocence/guilt. I can discern, weather a person is still among the living or is dead from a photo PERIOD.
I cannot use it at my will, I cannot tell who is responsible for their death. I also am not looking for your approval OR your opinion if you belive that it is not possible, fine it is not nessasary for you to comment on it.
