Y-DNA 12 Marker Test: tests the Y chromosome for genetic matches between males. Results are placed in our Y-DNA database and when 2 people show the same identical results, we will inform both parties if they have both signed the FTDNA Release Form. As far as I can see in the course of marching Westerfield up the great steps of the Aztlan altar of human sacrifice the whole case is thus: Westerfield is said to have had child porn so therefore he is guilty and while our limited human imaginations and our human technical abilities are unable to detemine in any reasonable way how he did it, where he did it, and how he was able to drop her body off on 16 February while accompanied by the whole of the overtime-drawing staff of the SDPD detetctive squad, yet the child porn evidence is so compelling that it alone means he did it, even though it isn't child porn by legal definition and the cartoons that got everybody's dander up is more likely his son's.

My father spent his entire adult life in the service of either the Navy or the DOD. He always said don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you see. Later in life he became disillusioned with what the government had turned the military into (under the last administration). It was very hard for him, he loved his country above all else.

I will always wonder who in LE or the DA's office might be swinging partners in Sabre Springs or the greater San Diego area. It would explain so much about this kangaroo court.

I'll go check the transcripts, but IIRC Brenda said that Danielle wasn't wearing those Pjs that night. How she knew that I don't know since she wasn't home when Danielle went to bed. Holding the duplicate pair that was supposedly Danielle's little friend's (for sleep overs, Brenda said her daughter's pjs were missing.

I believe it was GRANDMA that held them up,(?) and Damon got upset because HE was telling the press Danielle was wearing her favorite PJ's and GRANDMA waved them in front of the camera's and said "JUST LIKE THESE". That was when the demeanor on Damon's face changed to anger and Grandma pulled them down out of camera view.
