Marketing phone calls- Integrated Credit Solutions
vanity
Posted on 08/07/2002 5:44:49 PM PDT by pointsal
How many other people get this dinner-time phone calls from Integrated Credit Solutions (ph. 800-774-1130). This outfit is in Florida and they refused to give me their address. Does anyone from the attorney generals' office or the FTC read this stuff?
Sorry for the vanity.... I am just spitting nails.

Don't answer the phone after 6:00 pm, or get call waiting.
Griping about telemarketers is a waste of time.
Does your state have a "do not call" list? If it does, get on it.
My phone call volume has dropped dramatically since putting my name on that list.

Got a call from them today. Pennsylvania is just starting up the "Do Not Call" system. Their phone lines have been busy for two days. Local radio stations are suggesting that you register your request online.
Takes a few months for the system to be fully operational. They are probably targeting PA for that reason

I am on the Texas no-call list and have been for 2-3 months. It's very, very nice. No more calls-- not even one. I recommend it.

Unfortunately the "do not call" lists may not work for this particular telemarketing company.

Kentucky has just started our "no call" program. Went into effect July 1st. Now I'm hearing news on the radio that our state AG is really going after the scumbags that have chosen to ignore the law. 'Bout damned time. Telemarketers are lower than dirt.
So when will they pass a law like this for email spam? Same thing as far as I'm concerned. </rant>

Telemarketers are lower than dirt. Actually, they're not. They're businessmen providing a service or product that some people are buying.
If nobody bought from telemarketers, there'd be no calls.
There'd be no phony televangelists, either, if saps weren't sending them money and "prayer requests."

I've been on the Tennessee Do not call list for the past three years and wished to they would pass a Do Not Spam list for email.

run a google search. This outfit is in Florida and that attorney general's office is looking for my complaints.
Have a good day..... without this outfit!
