I didn't really know much about this case until I watched
the prelim and then I began doing research for days on
end. In my own mind, I came up with Damon as "my" prime
suspect.
He was the *last* one to see her that night. He was the
one in charge that night. He put her to bed. Everything
else just began to fall into place for me.

Blue paint, the best explantion yet for it, the paint balls.
What came to mind about why any one would put her body there. the journal entry, about dreaming of blue sky, green grass, and DVD would have known that entry was there.

That has also stuck in my mind.
Besides how can you dimiss this motley crew so easily??
I thought Feldnam did great with the unidentified prints in the house today.
And with Dusek telling the jury to basically go along with the others, I was thinking if I was on the jury I would dig my heels in so deep, no way would I vote guilty just because "everybody's doing it"

Deejay...Could you start a list of things that might lead to Damon as suspect??
l.Last to see Danielle alive.
2. Was near Desha (spelling?) on Feb, 16...key date in bug evidence.
3. Wore ORANGE vest while in desert handing out flyers with friend.
4. Got rid of blue van quickly after Danielle missing.
5. Repainted walls in bedroom
etc., etc., etc.
Anybody else have contributions to this list?

I think is this case was presented in a police science class and the names and locations were changed the Instructor would immediately explain why the parents were the most likely perps, the friends of the parents next likely, and the guy two houses down the street who had no record the least likely to be investigated.
