Feldman's appeal to the individual jurors is not uncommon. It would not surprise me that if all the jurors are tinking to themselves right now that they might have to be that one holdout when the real possibility exists that all 12 jurors are ready to say 'not guilty' right now. Don't read too much into what Feldy has stated in this regard.

I was not impressed with his closing...actually I was not impressed with eithor man..but Feldman was difficult to stay with
