With all due respect,

Feldman is hoping he can get at least one holdout for a hung jury while Dusek is worried about a single holdout too.

Your opinion is that Feldman is trying to get ONE juror to HANG the JURY because you believe MOST of the JURY will vote guilty.

Your opinion is that DUSEK is trying to get to that ONE HOLDOUT and get him to go along with EVERYONE ELSE because you believe EVERYONE ELSE is going to vote guilty.

You are basing this on DUSEK's statement, which is posted a few replies back. So, Maybe DUSEK thinks what you are thinking.

I don't think Feldman does. IMO.

Why are those in the "DW didn't do it" camp so different than these attorneys who apparently agree and who are closest to the case ?

Have you discussed this case with Feldman and Dusek.

Then why did Feldman spend time appealing to that hold out and why did Dusek make his counter appeal to that same hold out ? If Dusek thought he didn't have majority he wouldn't have argued with Feldman and likewise if Feldman thought he had majority the last thing he would have done was encourage a hold out.
