I'd take Feldy too but he is far more worried about the case then you folks are and apparently Dusek isn't. They seem to both believe that the best case scenario for Westerfield is a single hold out.

I'm plenty worried about how the case is going to turn out. It looks like a Guilty verdict...possibly a hung jury, but more than just one single hold out. No one will be that strong.

Win or lose, I'll still take Feldman over Dusek.
