Another issue of grasping is the child porn charge. Photos have to show children having sex or depicting sexual conduct or simulating sexual conduct. They don't. They showed you a picture yesterday of a girl who was having intercourse. I looked at that photo and I thought, they are trying to shock you? Are they saying that she is under 18? You have to decide. That one's ambiguous. The same with the rape videos. If those females are over 18, there's no crime. Gross, inappropriate, disgusting, okay. But you're not allowed to consider bias or pity or passion or prejudice. Those pictures do not depict anyone under the age of 18.

There were 89 questionables, similar to that shown by prosecution. You have to decide if they are under 18. Those charges aren't about possession of those pictures. It's about their search for a motive.
