I don't think it's been announced, or if it has, I haven't heard. I would think, we'll find out after the verdict, though They wil not pick a foreman until they are sent in to deliberate. That has been my jury experience in the SD County COurt Bldg. That being said...I think they (the 12 and alts) have a good idea WHO would be a good foreman, just based on their interactions waiting for trial to begin, being on breaks/lunch together.
