RE: the motorhome, remember what Mr. Sherman had to say? He turned to the judge, shook the judge's hand, smiled at the jury, shook Dusek's hand. He said, "David's all right. He was the same as usual when he brought the motorhome back." Took MH 6-8 times between Nov. and Feb. Sherman on Dave: "There is no reason to mistrust him because he's been really good to us."
MH did NOT look like it had been wiped down (as per Annette Peer and Tanya Dulaney).
He did go to the desert, he did go to Glamis. He went to the Strand first. Yesterday I mentioned Mr. Raymond. He didn't recollect seeing a wallet (objection: misstates evidence). I think I said that yesterday. Raymond didn't see a wallet. HE was interviewed twice by the police. He didn't even mention a wallet the first time. Then he talked to Det. Tolman (sp)...he reported that Raymond "didn't even know who Westerfield was." Raymond was a campground host.
