This is a man who is supposed to be drunk. But even if he were sober it wouldn't matter. It's completely dark. It's pitch black. In one spin on the evidence (Brenda) there is light, the tv is on upstairs...in another spin it's pitch black. If you're standing on the street looking in, it doesn't matter if the blinds are open or shut, you can't see in. So in the STEALTH, in the dark of night...we don't know? Somehow Mr. Westerfield has the ability to figure out, without ANY evidence whatsoever, no hair, no fingerprint, no nothing, he walks around, goes to the stairway.

And somehow he goes up the stairs. No noise. Nobody calls out? Up the stairs this man goes. They've got a fingerprint on the bannister. But guess what? This man has been excluded. Everyone who the Van Dams said had been in that house has been excluded.
