I'm coming on this thread really late, but I want to say I absolutely agree with your opinion of Damon. You might be interested in my posts #1093 and 1095 further down this thread.

I wonder whether someone will start a FR jury thread so we can all pretend we're jurors and vote on verdict.

I'm not convinced that DW did it, not beyond reasonable doubt. But I think he'll be convicted anyway.

That is my concern also - but what if he doesn't get convicted? What will the community do? What will Damon do?

I'm more worried about that than I am of DW getting convicted. He will have a chance to appeal, and perhaps another jury will find the truth. Or, maybe in the meantime, more will be revealed about Damon and the appeal will break it wide open.

If DW was involved, it was possibly to help Damon and Brenda, and not to murder Danielle.

I agree, I think that Westerfield will be convicted on this and I don't think that the prosecution has proven their case, at all.

I think that there needs to be alot more media coverage of the diary. The media has shied away from covering the family because of their swinging life style. Their immorality has actually worked for their benefit.

I have been thinking of e-mailing Greta VonSustern and asking her to invite the man who read the diary (from that children's fund group)to be a guest on her show. I would like to see her act as the defense attorney, questioning the man and have another lawyer act as the prosecution, cross examining him. That way we could judge the veracity of his
story a little better.
