About how long till those dead bodies started smelling bad - if you recall - I've been wondering about that - I'f he'd had her dead in the motorhome - would she have started to smell?

You don't; we have a program where you can apprentice for a certain number of years with a licensed attorney. Is that what you are doing? Nope. That's not required, either. Do you really even know what the requirements are to be an attorney in Oregon? You might be very surprised.

IT WAS A TRAINING TAPE. NO ONE WAS SHOTI was hoping that DVD did the "right thing" and shot himself.

I think so to. I also think he might be thinking on how he might have to rein in Dusak a bit or there might be some serious judical misconduct type complaints flying. What do you guys think, it isn't as though this judge has been unbiased.

"Shut him up....shut him up...."
"I can't take it....Feldman is ruining everything...."
"Ahhhhhh"
To: VRWC_minion
I think that the flies would have been on her before she died in that case.

I believe one of the bug guys said it would smell within 3 days if in compartment, a dog would smell it much sooner and later IMO.

>FELDMAN was actually TOLD by Judge Mudd to speak louder during his closing arguments. So saying Feldman was guilty of shouting on purpose, isn't a fair statement.
Since you came late to this discussion, Neenah, I will say to you, I don't think the closing arguments changed anyone's mind..
The ONLY school yard Bully has been Dusek and his condescending attitude thru out this trial.

I never got close enough to any of the bodies to be able to smell anything. Most of them hadn't been there too awfully long.
I have an Indonesian friend and she told me she'd spent a lot of time in India & there were a lot more dead bodies lying on the streets there.

There are three requirements:
1. 18 years of age.
2. Possess good moral character (Whatever that means).
3. Pass an examination approved by the State Supreme Court. This would be the bar exam, of course.
That's it!! There are no other requirements. If the OSB seems to think they are other requirements, I will sue their butts in federal court and conduct a very, very short lesson on the rules of statutory construction. They still teach the rules of construction in law school, don't they? hehe

Says the bug chart is wrong and a misrepresentation of what the experts said
