IN his prelimary hearing, he said he walked the dog, in the trial testimony he said he took the tore up dog bed to the laundry room, went back and opened the sliding door, let the dog out, closed door because it was cold, let dog back in when it was done.

If you could post what you are referring to it would be helpful.

I went and read the PH testimony from March today because I read your post and had never heard the "walking" part. I skimmed through and when I found the part in question I read it and he said that both times he let the dog out the sliding door and watched until the dog was done and let it back in.

I may have missed something, but that is what I read, again, in the March prelim. hearing transcripts.
