John, do you know if anything came of the RIch Stone search for felony the other night? Also I speculated before that maybe the reason we didn't hear from Barb is she is the felon. Or if she hold a license, maybe it would be taken from her for some reason. (Like Denise lossing her job.)

I think we decided that the felon never testified, so that jury instruction wasn't needed. Both sides had extra witnesses on their lists that were not used.

Sorry, hoosiermama, no felon witness has testified. Judge Mudd said so in the hearing yesterday. I posted on excerpts on a thread to John Jamieson's attention.
