Look for Judge Mudd to suck up to Dufus and overrule Feldman...sign.

Hi, Spectre! I know what you mean! I discovered a nice utility room under piles of laundry!(I'm checking for fibers) Bet Feldman gets nothing he asks for in jury instructions. Dusek probably wants all bug/mummy expert testimony tossed out.

So Feldman has no one on surrebuttal? I had heard this morning that closing arg could begin Tuesday..there would be no testimony on Monday. Why is that?
