That "unknown" DNA in Danielle's bed seemed to me to be more important than the attention it received. Hopefully they kept it available if they ever have another suspect.

NIGHT!
To: I. Ben Hurt
That has been bothering me too. WOnder if they put it through any dna files like they were reported to have done with the Runnion case? Surely they've kept it?
To: demsux
Nighters, Dem. See you tomorrow.

IN his prelimary hearing, he said he walked the dog, in the trial testimony he said he took the tore up dog bed to the laundry room, went back and opened the sliding door, let the dog out, closed door because it was cold, let dog back in when it was done.

I'm wondering if they did any comparison with the Runnion's suspect. That wouldn't happen automatically, someone would have to request it (I'm guessing, of course). I thought more would be made of a possible connection between these two girl's deaths.
What a mystery!! Did Danielle wonder out of the house while looking for her dad as some have speculated? I might tend to think so, or she left with someone that was a guest that night. Otherwise, wouldn't there be more evidence of a break-in or a stranger being in the house.

I went and read the PH testimony from March today because I read your post and had never heard the "walking" part. I skimmed through and when I found the part in question I read it and he said that both times he let the dog out the sliding door and watched until the dog was done and let it back in.
I may have missed something, but that is what I read, again, in the March prelim. hearing transcripts.

I do not know how to do things like that. I will go find it and let you know where it is. I read it last nite.

The only thing Feldman did, or rather didn't was cross Neal and prove he perjured himself. I would assume, that was David's orders regarding Neal. Most likely. But Feldman ripped this computer-guy Watkins. The fellow didn't even have a clue about e-mail and how it gets from here to there. Dusek choose
un-wisely ...

Take your time and enjoy that greatgrandson, nothing we argue here will change anything.
May the Lord's blessings be with you and your family.

Boy did he have fun teasing me about that. I hooked up a company several years back, Everybody had to play withe the web. I showed the CEO how to use Yahoo and Google to search.
The next Saturday he comes in with his 6yr-old grandson.
As I walked past the office I hear "Nicky, you want to look at some bears ? growwl ?" I poke my head thru the door and tell him "No sir, you want tigers and lions !"
To: cyncooper
And you believe him because...??? Because he said so. Right?
Is that the reason you believe the Van Dams? Because, no matter how many times they twist their testimony, at least you heard from them.
If DW were to testify, would you believe him? I don't think you would really listen.

When my oldest daughter got married, she was supposed to sing to her new hubby at the reception, but forgot to bring her tape. Her sister ran home, forgot her keys and the neighbor girls helped her break into our house. They took our ladder, climbed to the second story, cut the screen, opened the window, found the tape and came back to the reception acting like nothing had happened!

It is really most interesting, and the details that he lies about he tends to emphasize. A good liar never strays from the truth more than necessary.
One of the answers to a question that Westerfield gave troubled me and continues to echo in my head.
Westerfield was asked if he was ever in the Van Dam home. His answer was "I was never invited."
It sounded very Clintonian to me.
To: cyncooper
When they all left SkyRidge he returned in his SUV via a different route and the police didn't see him until he arrived back at his house a few minutes after the police did.Maybe, maybe not. The drive time according to online Maps is about 21 minutes. Westerfield took twice as long to get back. He easily could have stopped somewhere.
To: Krodg
I don't think you would really listen.Well, good morning! I certainly would listen, and very carefully. Thanks.

Its there testimony today?
