My problem with some of the attack clips that were shown in the trial were recovered deleted files. Watkins/Dusek don't see fit to tell when they were deleted. Or when they were deleted in relation to when they were viewed. If say, they were viewed on 11/30/01 at 1:50 PM and deleted on 11/30/01 at 1:56PM, do you think it is relevant. This is a clear indication that WHOEVER was watching the clips found them distasteful. Apparently, the porn was a bulk download thing. Original cost probably less than 10.00. Accumulated cost beyond measure. Viewing naked women does not make you a murderer.

This is a clear indication

This WOULD be a clear indication. It certainly has not been shown and Feldman did not indicate it was the case. (and maybe it was viewed, downloaded and deleted off computer)

Viewing naked women

Some images may be of girls, not women. We'll have to hear from the jury on this as none of us can know from where we're sitting.
