His tone shows frustration and slipping confidence. A secure prosecutor would find no need to badger and talk down to a witness. He's gaining no points, IMO

I think it's human nature for onlookers to get uncomfortable when someone takes a tone like Dusek's. People tend to watch and judge the antics more than listen to what's being said.

Do you belive Dusak is going into anus as access because it is tighter? That is incorrect, after death the mucules of the anus relax and therefore would be an opening for flies.
That is why witness said something about the spheinter(sp?) mucule but Dusak stopped him.

I think Dusek is killing this defense expert. The jury surely has to see he's being evasive, feigning lack of understanding the question so he doesn't even have to answer the simplest question.

I've noticed many bash the competency of the prosecutor here, and I'm not a constant watcher, but in my opinion, the prosecutor is destroying the guy's credibility, objectivity, and basic honesty.

He won't even admit the chewed out holes in the little girl's body would provide additional target areas for the flies to lay their eggs.
