I just watched it also after reading all the posts that were posted this evening. I did not see what some other people described here. Like LK being uptight, frustrated, or whatever someone said tonight. I only saw Ed Smart saying what he could or what he really knows.

Ed Smart is at the mercy of the police, the public, and the media. He also is trying to keep some sanity in his family and he is trying like crazy to keep peace with who he can. I hope that Lois & Ed's marriage is strong, and that they keep a strong faith in god through all this and that they stay true. (to god and their faith to help them through this.

Also Ricci's lawyer has said time and time again that the police can talk to Ricci and if it occurs that he would be present. (well he said this several times before he stepped down from representing Ricci today). Why the police have not talked to Ricci in 6 weeks, tells me they may be moving into another direction or they have nothing and cannot move in any direction.
