Well life on our farm is kinda grotesque
Experiments and theories put your nose to the test..
It's early to rise, early in the sack:
I am an Entomologist.....

A forensic kind of life where the "bugz" don't lie
Pigs are getting riper in the bright sunlight.
My days are all filled with tweezers and some gloves..
I am an Entomologist.....

When the work's all done and the sun's settin' low
We fire up the barbe cooking Pork Chops....woa...
But the walks at night will chill ya to your soul...

I'd play with my Ant Farm, all day long,
but the gub-ment wouldn't let me do it for long.
So I fiddle with my beetles in the noon day son....
I am an Entomologist.....

I wouldn't trade my life for money or fame,
I get to fly round the country telling folks the same...
I am a hired gun, you just tell me what to say.....
I am an Entomologist.....

Yeah, the Ortho man makes my heart run cold...
a lotta precious bugs killed with one spray hose....
Well, if he trys it here he'll taste the barrel of my gun...

I have plotted the data here in 4 dimensions,
using time, temperature, dewpoint, and solar insolance..

I love the littel creepies and crawlers their cute...
Sometimes I carry Blo-Flies inside of my suit...
Ants and Hornets and Spiders, too....
