I'm back just had a thought: If Lapages charcter (truthfulness was attached in court (Rivers) than she would be entitled to character witnesses. ala post 985.
ALso the immunity thing for RIvers would fall under the "SOURCE' information for journalist. What is in questons is RIver's immunity? No wonder she wanted legal counsel with her!!!! She could be in deep dodo!)
