Hey Kimmie the attack clips shown in the trial WERE DELETED FILES THAT WERE RECOVERED. Per prosecution's witness.

The dogs DID NOT HIT on the RV either. Seems unlikely that she was in the SUV that weekend dead, alive or otherwise. But yet there was evidence of Danielle in the RV and therefore the dogs don't always catch every thing.

If you were standing on Westerfield's front porch, would the vD house be to your right? If so,Westerfield would have to cross Briar Leaf, walk past the vacant house, walk in front of the vD house and around to the side, either enter thru the garage door or the gate to the back yard and break into the slider. The lights were all off in the vD house according to testimony. Westerfield had to avoid the dining table and chairs(in the dark),find the stairs, locate Danielle's room, abduct her and retrace his steps, carrying a child, depend on the child not screaming in terror and make his way back to his house without being seen.
Think about it.........How lucky can one drunk man be?

Of course, it's easy to say the dogs don't catch everything. It's more likely, since the dog was highly trained specifically for that purpose, that there wasn't anything there. (But ignoring "expert" opinion, albeit a dog, is a popular thing to do in this case).
Poor dog must have had a cold that day, couldn't smell, poor doggie.
Yeah, that'll work.

Orange is still a relatively popular color in certain crowds.

To: spectre
The dogs ignored the trace evidence and soem folks on FR ignore, hair, blood, fingerprints, blue fibers, orange fibers and dog hairs.
Which species is brighter ?

Thanks nycgal, I found the quote that I was looking for, below:
A: TOWARDS THE END OF THE EVENING, LAST CALL WAS GIVEN ABOUT 1:30, I WAS TALKING WITH CHRIS AND THE BAND FINALLY. I HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO TALK WITH THEM, AND MR. BRADY APPROACHED ME AND SAID WE WERE GOING TO BE GOING BACK TO BRENDA'S.Feldman has been making it a point to show that other people were invited back to the VD house. I
In this instance, Brady tells Stone that "people" are going to the VD house, IN FRONT OF THE BAND.
Now it's time to find out more about Chris Nolan, a friend of Keith Stone and a member of the band.

I will be interested to see if I am right about the bug guy today. My prediction was that he would use the freezing temps to explain how the bugs didn't grow at the average rates predicted.
To: VRWC_minion
Because it was OLD. Neither the trailing dogs nor the cadaver dogs indicated she was in the RV that weekend. She was in there sometime just not that weekend. In enclosed areas the scent can last up to two weeks.

Mr. Nolan lives in El Cajon, pretty darn close to the recovery site.

Trace evidence of Danielle in motorhome plus no dog hit, means one of two things:
1. Danielle was in the motor home sometime in the past 24 months, but not in the past 2 weeks. Or,
2. The trace evidence is fake (flaked)
It's not conflicting evidence, it's complimentary.

Layla hairs in the motorhome, makes me lean toward option 1.
To: demsux
Very close.
This case is riddled with extra perps and missing investigations, and giant holes in the evidence.
OVERWELMING DOUBT.

OPENING TODAY!!!
BUGMAN IV, THE ATTACK OF THE HAWAIIAN!!!

This is the Temp Chart from El Cajon for Feb. Freezing Temps are irrelevant. There were only 5 days were the temps got to freezing or below. During day time for those same days the highs were in the 70's. So it's unlikely that it would have any impact.

If in Dusek's opinion Layla hairs are so important, why then were there NO LAYLA hair at Dehesa?

If Dusek uses one of your two theories, then he will lose the case, because the Jury won't know what the heck he is talking about.
OTOH, Dusek has already gone down the same road you've taken where he tells the Jury in opening statements, that he will show how DW entered that house, how he kidapped her, how he murdered her. See, minion, all he had to do is SAY it, and the proof he offers is a big fat ZERO. "It happened...trust me", ain't good enough. The Jury therefor, doesn't know what the man was talking about in opening statements...no proof..."just cuz"..LOL!
I don't see where we are ignoring the blood evidence, or the orange fibers. You have been reading these threads for the last 5 months, haven't you? We are, in fact, trying to transend out of the narrow little world that has been created involving this case, that the evidence is not as black and white as presented. There are other explanations and possibilities, so it's the hang-em-high crowd who choses to ignore evidence to the contrary.
The "just cuz" defense doesn't really wash. Especially when a man's life is at stake.

Layla hairs in the motorhome, makes me lean toward option 1.Have the "layla" hairs been matched up???
Susan L. (the girlfriend) had a dog and brought it with in the motorhome and it lived for a time in DW's house.
