What are you insinuating fres?
To: Rheo
No Layla hair at Dehesa to my knowledge....would also like to know if cat hair was found there. Did DW have a cat?

Blows my mind...was this a PR decision to have the family look more "put together" or what??

No, DW didn't but Avila's mom did and cat hair was found on the blanket they took from his house.
Melvyn Kong stated the hair on the backgate was animal..cat or dog....so just curious.

Another thing I keep thinking about - does the 911 tape have a dog bark in the background? At this point, I don't remember if I heard it or have read about it here. Damon claims Layla doesn't bark.
There was a dark hair found on or below or in the armpit of Danielle that was not sourced as I recall. I don't remember hearing about Layla hair.

**Chemical castration isn't a bad punishment either, followed by mandatory sterilization to prevent them from having children**
But even with castration...remember that they're evil and will use any device to hurt a child. They may not have use of their male organ...but they could use another form of attack. I vote for death to convicted child molesters and child rapists.

I don't know how I misssed this about the shopping trip. Could you or someone fill me in? Thanx in advance.
To: Bluebird Singing
you're right... not sourced. it wasn't DW's therefore of no value to the case.

Good morning bluebird singing!
The armpit hair was hers, IIRC....the 7cm coarse dark hair found under her was never sourced.

Dare we ask if they plan to compare the Avila and VD hairs?

I hope and pray they at least now run that hair thru the offender database and compare it to Avila and the pervs they arrested on 1/27 and 2/15...and compare the fibers found on her to Avila and the unidentified prints in the VD house and the unidentified DNA on her multi colored blanket.

It was a hair found in her armpit...not armpit hair....she also had her own hair in her hand.

Oh, ok. Thanks for clarifying. :o)

I think the judge has made some very bad judgment calls...--any one care to add?Yes. Allowing a radio reporter to testify about what one of the witnesses said in the ladies room! Why isn't that hearsay?
To: Rheo
Think there's a chance they *will* be examining that more closely?

Pretty old story....here is what I found...
Speaking of the VD's......this shopping trip previously rumored is now confirmed by KOGO and KFI-Los Angeles, arranged by the VD - PR firm. This is really amazing.
A limo picks up Brenda, and a bunch of her Gal Pals....so did that include Denise and Barb?? Who else? Just some of the neighbor girls?
The PR firm convinces Nordstrom's to "open-early" so that Brenda can go on a shopping spree......THAT IS YUCKY....
If, "as the PR firm is saying" she needed a dress for the funeral, then have someone grab a size 10-12, black, and that is that....but a shopping spree?
Again, the article is haunting....the Van Dams do appear to have fostered, at the very minimum, a home environment where the least suitable people would often be around their most precious assets
