People who pay big taxes are now cashing out stocks and taking big losses -- there will be a shortfall, and the Demonrats will blame the tax cut. Charlie Rangel already gave it a good try on Cavuto's show today. If they can't have the money to spend, then nobody in America gets to have the money.
