That is sick. Like I said before, 5 years is considered extreme for extended nursing. Thank you for confirming that this woman is not BF. What you describe is beyond inappropriate, it's criminal.

I don't think anyone on this thread has defended "breastfeeding" for eight years. It is too bad such an extreme case has put us in the position of defending breastfeeding for even a year.
