Sorry about the late reply but I just noticed your thread. I have been using Incredimail for a couple of months now and absolutely love it. I used to use Eudora which is a great program but started giving me problems which my ISP said was happening quite a bit. They recommended Incredimail and they have a free program but I loved it so much that I purchased the total package.

One thing I really like is their tech support. It might take a day or so to get an answer but they always answer and are very helpful. Hope that helps.
