It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the source of the pedophile scandal and why it is occuring in the Catholic Church , this when we are objective and let the scripture speak for itself .Otherwise , where is the true authority in matters of religion ? You can find justification for any point you want to make in the Bible. The only real scandal, if you think about it, would be if some archeologist found and exhumed the Body of Christ.
