In the three-ring circus in Arlington, it was revealed that last week Moussaoui filed court papers that referred to The Evil One as "my brother in Islam and my Father in Jihad" and added "May Allah protect him."

He also stated that prosecutors would have to prove he was in Afghanistan to secure a conviction. Problem is - Moussaoui has already admitted as much.

Plasmodiums are really weird. They're single-celled organisms most of the time, then they congregate and become a multi-celled organism and mate and crawl around for a while, then they disperse again. They can be found on rotting branches and such, and look like a fungus, but aren't rooted to the branch.

They are still pining this line.
