"We had some children who were not playing 'it' appropriately,"Makes me wonder what he means. Personally, I wouldn't want my kids being touched by a most kids today either. Many children in the public school system, especially in the larger school districts, don't have the moral upbringing to even understand right from wrong.
If I had a daughter in one of these school districts, I certainly wouldn't want another kid that has no parental support touching her. My sons have friends that they play and wrestle with, but no way do I want some stranger touching them.

If the other kids are the ones listening to Eminem and various other rappers who seem to advocate rape and other violent acts, I don't suppose I'd want them touching my child either! A friend who taught inner-city kids of middle-school age (11-14, roughly) told me all kinds of horror stories about their sexually aggressive behavior and nonchalant violence toward girls.

It's sad that American children are sexualized so early on.
