Good Morning Class. Welcome to School! Thank Goodness, It’s Finally FRIDAY!

Here is my example with WFTD.

TV or no TV, both singers vow to continue singing their 9/11 songs as often as possible. And they both understand the real reason why their songs of anger and war have been barred by ABC and PBS.

Says Charlie, "It's just this political correctness. Anybody with a brain in their head knows we're in the same position we were in on the 11th of September, and I personally think we should constantly be reminded of that."

They’re showing great avidity
Against our songs most patriotically
Jenning’s a joke
PC does invoke
See me with extended digit rigidity!

TOO AMERICAN FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY? (Toby Keith, Charlie Daniels)

first? Top 10?

It looks like the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decided to start a Pledge drive for Republican candidates.

Every day we shove and push
To be the first on the short bus
Xsmommy, hobbes and dubs
Wetbars, closets and beer tubs
If you really think you’re strong
Maybe you can ride along
I don’t want to cause no fuss
But here it is – the new Short Bus!

Short bus, short BUS
Short bus, short BUS

Bet you things don’t get too far
Before camle’s got a new cigar
Argh is running for his life
From ending up with the ex-wife
Gabz is getting far from fat
Swimming round in the beer vat
There’se no rules, and there’s no muss
Ridin’ on this here Short Bus

Short bus, short BUS
Short bus, short BUS

Singing:

WotsamoddaU hey,
Gotta no respect, whatta you think you do,
Why you looka so sad?
It's-a not so bad, it's-a nice-a place,
Ah, Shaddap You Face.

this is what I MEANT to post.

homework:

Hmmmn.

Many people waste thousands of hours a year in their (habit ?) (avocation?) (obsession?) of going to the video store and renting pornographic aviditeos.

Others just lose their mind, morals, and intellect renting regular Hollywood movies.

I'm not sure which is worse.

I remember growing up thinking the world was this big, open place. As untamed, vast and expansive the outside edges of the suburban neighborhood seemed, I still always had an avidity for the coming of the space age. The idea of endless exploration, learning, and evolving was kind of the flip side of the fear of the unknown. It seemed as if there was always hope, always a future.

Now, liberalism continues to drag us earthbound, trying to bind us into the small prisons that statism makes of the mind.

I guess for now, I'll have to settle for APOD

Good Morning All,

Hillery's White House avidity
Is not helped by her cupidity.
She won't take the Pledge,
Continues to hedge,
A lib with no validity.

This from Red Skelton (I dunno if the formatting is going to come out weird)....

"I've been listening to you boys and girls recite the Pledge of Allegiance all semester and it seems as though it is becoming monotonous to you. If I may, may I recite it and try to explain to you the meaning of each word?"

I -- me, an individual, a committee of one.

Pledge -- dedicate all of my worldly goods to give without self pity.
Allegiance -- my love and  my devotion.
To the flag -- our standard, Old Glory, a symbol of freedom. Wherever

she waves, there's respect because your loyalty has given

her a dignity that shouts freedom is everybody's job!

United -- that means that we have all come together.
States -- individual communities that have united into 48 great states.

Forty-eight individual communities with pride and dignity and

purpose; all divided with imaginary boundaries, yet united to

a common purpose, and that's love for country.

And to the republic -- a state in which sovereign power is

invested in representatives chosen by the

people to govern. And government is the people

and it's from the people to the leaders, not from

                                    the leaders to the people.

For which it stands, one nation -- one nation, meaning "so

                                                                         blessed by God"

Indivisible -- incapable of being divided.
With liberty -- which is freedom  -- the right of power to live one's

own life without threats, fear or some sort of

                         retaliation.

And Justice -- the principle or quality of dealing  fairly with others.
For all -- which means, boys and girls, it's as much your

                 country as it is mine.

Since I was a small boy, two states have been added to our country

and two words have been added to the pledge of Allegiance...

UNDER GOD

Wouldn't it be a pity if someone said

that is a prayer

and that would be eliminated from schools too?

God Bless America!

In memory of Wednesday's amazing 9th Circuit Court decision....
