I cannot believe this. Someone in the neighborhood is playing the electic guitar with the amplifier. they are good, but it is almost 11 PM at night!!! I've already called and requested they quit, they turned up the volume in response. My neighbor is ready to call the police...

Poor Utah Girl. You don't need this. I hope they've stopped by now. WHY are people so inconsiderate and just plain mean like that? It's mid-week and people have to get up and go to work tomorrow!
