[Miss Marple]

A few years ago, when Mr. Marple was working at the airport sorting mail (during our hard times) he would get home after midnight and I would make him two fried Spam sandwiches and a beer.

We are fond of Spam. It is the symbol that we can make it through hard times. And I still like fried Spam on toast with LOTS of mustard!

I recently bought a can of Spam and placed it on the upper shelf in my pantry. I'm aging it. 8^)

I grew up in the South eating Span......love fried spam.

Boy, I haven't had one in a long time......Fried Span, red onion, and mustard......yummmm
